What types of excavation projects do you handle?
We handle residential, commercial and agricultural excavation, including foundations, basements, building pads, septic systems, utility trenching, drainage, driveways, demolition, land clearing, backfilling and grading.
What should I send for an excavation estimate?
Send the property location, a description or plans of the work to be completed, approximate dimensions, and photos showing the work area and site access.
Do you install complete septic systems?
Yes. We handle complete septic system installation, including the tank, piping, distribution, leach field, backfilling and final grading.
Can you help coordinate the septic-system design?
Yes. We can help coordinate with a qualified designer and work from the approved design and local health-department requirements.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Napoleon and install septic systems throughout northwest Ohio, including Henry, Fulton, Defiance, Williams, Wood, Lucas, Putnam and Paulding counties.
Are you certified, insured and bonded?
Yes. We are certified for septic-system installation and are insured and bonded.
What information should I send for an estimate?

What types of utility trenches do you dig?
We trench for water lines, electrical and communication conduit, drainage pipe, sewer pipe and other underground connections.
What information helps you price trenching work?
Send the property location, line type, approximate length, required depth, planned connection points, and any known utilities, buried features, pavement, structures or other obstacles the route must cross or navigate around.
What drainage work do you handle?
We install drainage tile, pipe, culverts, catch basins, outlets and swales. We also grade sites to move water away from problem areas.
Can you help determine where the water should drain?
Yes. When needed, we use GPS-based topographic mapping and laser levels to identify elevations, low spots, drainage paths and practical outlet options.
What kind of land clearing do you perform?
We remove trees, brush, stumps and roots to make room for roads, driveways, building pads and construction access.
Do you leave the site ready for construction?
We can remove clearing debris and complete rough grading so the area is ready for excavation, a building pad or the next phase of work.
What structures do you demolish?
We demolish barns, garages, mobile homes, pools, concrete, foundations and other residential, agricultural and light-commercial structures.
Do you remove demolition debris?
Yes. Our demolition work can include tear-down, debris removal, foundation removal, backfilling and grading.
What do you need to prepare a demolition estimate?
Send the property location, structure type, approximate dimensions and photos showing the structure, foundation and site access.
What grading and site-work services do you provide?
We build and shape building pads, establish slopes, spread and compact material, prepare driveways, place topsoil and complete rough or finish grading.
Can you grade a site for better drainage?
Yes. We reshape problem areas and establish practical slopes that work with the site's drainage plan and finished use.
